I lettered in College throwing the javelin for the track team. I Worked as a teacher for 35 years at BJ Nidorf Juvenile Hall in Sylmar, Ca, I HAVE ALWAYS GONE TO A GYM AND HAVE WORKED OUT HARD. BUT I AM BECOMING BORED WITH JUST DOING THAT.
