Random things about me (hobbies, occupation, tennis history, favorite band, etc.):
I used to teach here in town and other places, retired from the game 10 years ago and am now getting back out on the courts having recently returned to the desert after living in a few different places over the past 10 yrs. My game is still pretty decent though, my volleys are struggling and I'm playing doubles since my court fitness level I dont feel is up for singles yet. If ya wanna play dubs or mixed dubs I'm game in palm springs i dont travel well

Would you be interested in setting up some doubles this coming weekend near indian wells? im 25 4.5 player and my partner is 50 and 5.0. If you can get a partner and want to play some fun doubles let me know. nov 19th 20th.
I'll be visiting Palm Desert/Palm springs from Feb 12-19 and am bringing my racquets. I'm about a 4.5/5.0 player, but am a little rusty now, and am at about 4.0, i'd say. Anyway, if you're interested in hitting, let me know. choth21@gmail.com
Hi Dan. I have a group of players that play 4-5 times a week at Palm Desert Civic Center just behind COD. We usually play around 6pm and finish around 9/9:30. Would you like to join us? We will be playing tonight too (12/28) at 6. Let me know if you want to join. Give me a call or send me a text message at (760) 391-2020. Thanks!
Hi Art! It's great to have you here!
We already have a PS/PD Group, join it and introduce yourself in there to meet people in your area. Oh, by the way, do you ever go to the Pacific Life Open in Indian Wells? We got a group for that too!
Invite your buddies to Tennisopolis and earn chances in our $200 giveaway.
If you need any help, let me know.

We are all very excited to have created this "community-based" tennis social network which puts the focus on the members.
To get started, pleaseupload a photo or avatar for yourself (if you haven’t already.) Whether it's of you, your dog, or your racquet it doesn't matter, but it helps people remember you. You can also personalize Your Page with pictures, links, RSS feeds, colors and more here.

If you are looking to meet people for tennis matches, Look through the Groups or create a Group of your own and invite your tennis contacts. It's a good place to keep in touch with everyone in your circle.
The Forum is really the hub of the online community. It’s is a fantastic place to get tips for your game, chat about the latest gear, and especially, talk about the pros.
Other places to explore: post youtube videos, add your own photos, write your own blog.
…and just hang out and meet great people.
Welcome aboard,
Mark
