Thanks for your message. I'm laid up for a while...tore my calf muscle playing a couple of weeks ago. Might be a couple of months before I'm running a full speed again. Muscles aren't what they use to be.

Starting to play again after a 15 year layoff. Played competitively for many years in the 4.0-4.5 range. Looking for a good workout these days. No, that is not my tennis racket in the picture...I do play a musical instrument also.
