Let's schedule a game some morning, Stephanie. I'm 3.0. Haven't played in awhile, but pretty consistent on the court-getting it over the net and keeping in in. Let's hit.
I would be down to play anytime during saturday and sunday morning. Let me know if you are interested. I used to play squash but I have never really played tennis but I am a quick learner. I currently go to cal state lb, so I would be down to play near there. My email is djgavia@ymail.com
Cool. . . I also live across from CSULB. . My roommate and I can play with you anytime. I haven't been able to play on account of me being at my families home without my rackets for a few weeks but I'll be playing at CSULB this week if the courts are open. . just give me a call. . . 951-259-6560 and I'll be glad to play with you. .

Hi Stephanie, this is Jenny. I've just joined the group. I am pretty much a beginner at tennis, but would also like to start it up again and get some practice. I am looking for someone to practice with maybe weekends as weekdays are a little busy. I live in LB too..close courts are billy jean or el dorado. Email me if interested jhdz1412@hotmail.com
Sure. The Long Beach Tennis Group is here. It looks like they just are getting started. There are 5 members, look on the right side of the page. Join, introduce yourself, get a group together for the first meet-up!

Hi STEPHANIE! It's great to have you here! There's a LONG BEACH Group here, join it and introduce yourself in there to meet people in your area.
This is our *new* generic welcome message that fortunately,is required due to the enormous growth. We're growing by 100 new members a day, and I just couldn't keep up. But that's a good thing. ;-)
Invite your friends too. We’re trying to reach 20,000 members by Wimbledon. :-)
If you need any help, let me know.

You just joined a super fun and infectious "community-based" tennis social network which connects tennis players, fans, coaches, and you.
To get started, pleaseupload a photo or avatar for yourself (if you haven’t already.) Whether it's of you, your dog, or your racquet it doesn't matter, but it helps people remember you. You can also personalize Your Page with pictures, links, RSS feeds, colors and more here.

If you are looking to meet people for tennis matches, Look through the Groups or create a Group of your own and invite your tennis contacts. It's a good place to keep in touch with everyone in your circle.
Here’s a primer on how to meet other players.
The Forum is really the hub of the online community. Other places to explore: post youtube videos, add your own photos, write your own blog.
…and just hang out and meet great people.
Welcome aboard,
Mark
