42 yr old male. Played a little college tennis, was probably a 5.5 back then. Haven't picked up my racquets in 3 yrs, haven't played regularly in 12 yrs. Based on muscle memory and the fact that I'm still in decent shape I'm guessing I'm a 4.0 or something like that.
