Random things about me (hobbies, occupation, tennis history, favorite band, etc.):: Used to play in 3.0/3.5 USTA Leagues, but have been away from competitive play for a couple of years. Wanting to get back into it but having trouble finding people who are nearby and who have time to go out and hit with me, maybe play some friendly (but competitive) sets. I'm a pretty big pro tennis fan, having been to the US Open in 2010, French Open in 2012, Indian Wells for the last 5 years, and...drum roll please...Wimbledon in 2013.

Favorite pro tennis player(s):: Federer, Nadal, Ferrer, Tipsarevic
New respect for Sharapova these last few months.

On the court, I am a:: rightie, doubles partner, singles player, two-hander, one-hander, baseliner, all courter, gracious winner, sore loser, gracious loser

My favorite local courts:: I have played out of Paseo for USTA leagues & most of my tennis friends play there. But that's a 35 minute drive for me, so I'd like to play closer to home if I can.
