Random things about me (hobbies, occupation, tennis history, favorite band, etc.):: Started playing late - 21 y/o. Best tennis shape was around 27-28 when I was playing several times a week and actively participated in tourneys. Now, I am 37 and had a break from active playing for about 6-7 years (about may be 3-4 times a year) - getting back in shape, this year I play about 2-3 times a month and would like to get in touch with more active player to ramp up...

I have not had a chance to compare myself to a rated player recently but according to description (http://ww3.telerama.com/~johnv/tennis/tennis17.htm) I should be around 4.x+ (looking forward to meet you guys and see what I really worth ;-))

(Don't worry about my shape - I am ok now - run 5mi several times a week, cycle to DC couple of times a month)

Favorite pro tennis player(s):: Sampras, Agassi (however I am a big supporter of my country men - Safin, for example ;-))

My tennis skill (please check your NTRP if you know it):: Not bad., NTRP 4.0, What's NTRP?, Don't know my what my rating is.

On the court, I am a:: slicer, doubles partner, singles player, returner, one-hander, baseliner, all courter

My favorite local courts:: I like Georgetown University courts to play with friends - too far for casual playing for me though with my busy schedule.
Usually: Corner of Old Keen Mill Rd and Burke Centre Pkwy, Burke and pretty much any local courts in Burke, VA

I have access to all the courts in Burke Centre, so there is no problem there. I am an average player....especially for an old lady!
