Random things about me (hobbies, occupation, tennis history, favorite band, etc.):: I am an average player, have fun and enjoy the game. I'm still learning but guess that's part of what makes it fun...am a lefty, have only played against righties...any left-handed people out there?
I'm 43, 6'1", 193#, in fairly good shape, like to hike/camp and explore AZ. My rackets go everywhere with me and I'm always looking for a new place to play.
Would be interested in 'paying' players who can teach me and improve my game.

Favorite pro tennis player(s):: Federer, Nadel, Roddick, John McEnroe, Agassi, Sampras, both Williams sisters, Blake, Hewitt...all-time favorite would be Borg! Good player I can't stand...Djockovic(spelling)...too cocky.

My tennis skill (please check your NTRP if you know it):: Not bad., I'm getting there., What's NTRP?, Don't know my what my rating is., If tennis is on TV - I'm watching.

On the court, I am a:: slicer, singles player, serve-n-volleyer, acer, top-spinner, lobber, baseliner, drop-shotter, gracious winner, gracious loser

My favorite local courts:: Like Indian School/56th St but busy there after 5pm
Like McCormick Ranch but only two courts
Like Miller/McKellips but courts need work
Like DC Ranch and McDowell Mountain courts
Like the courts at Encanto
Like driving up north to Payson or Flag just to play
