As long as it's not after 3:00 Monday thru Wednesday, Saturday or Sunday morning before 9:00 or after 4:00, Thursday or Friday night, every other Saturday (some exclusions may apply) , when my tennis elbow is flaring up or when Top Chef is on TV.
