Hi Martin, I saw your question on oscar's group, you could check out the wardlaw directinals, it;s the best strategy i've ever found, there's a chapter on it in coach Chuck Kriese's book coaching tennis, or you might google DR Paul Wardlaw or coach paul wardlaw. I no that they have videao's. This works wonders from the backcourt.
