Random things about me (hobbies, occupation, tennis history, favorite band, etc.):
25 male here. Looking to get back into the game. I have not been able to play on a consistent basis for the past 7 years hit for the first time in a year this past week. I use to play ITF juniors 16 and Under and also Played in the NYJTL in 2001 for the Bronx. Since then I have not been playing because I could not meet anyone that played at the level I am accustomed to so I stopped and I really miss it and want to get back into the grove of things...I started to play so far this summer wanna be more consistent with it now...getting my strokes back pretty soon I will hopefully be back to tournament level where I left off...HOPEFULLY
Favorite pro tennis player(s):
Novak Djokovic, Serena Williams, Monica Seles, Rafael Nadal,
My tennis skill (please check your NTRP if you know it):
Not bad., NTRP 4.0, NTRP 4.5, If tennis is on TV - I'm watching.
I would love to hit anytime that you're available. I am a teacher to am completely free this week and this summer. I live in Park Slope and traveling is no issue. I was decent, but am very rusty. Let me know if you're available,
i am looking to play regularly in Prospect Park. Used to play small -college tennis but i am just getting back in after many years. I am probably a 4.0 at this point. If interested call me at my office 212-262-0828. Roger
i noticed you are probably on my level and had been looking for someone to play with at prospect park. i'm free most weekday evenings right after work. let me know if that interests you. i actually think i might have met you at the courts last year if i'm not mistaken. maybe the wrong person though.
hey kemar,
i think i'm around your level, i'm like a rusty 4.5- i have been playing more consistently recently so maybe not so rusty. anyways, i goin to cali tomorrow and i won't get back until the 28th of july, but let me know if you want to go for a hit at either prospect or fort greene.
Hi Kemar! It's great to have you here! This is our *new* generic welcome message that, fortunately, is required due to the enormous growth. We're growing by 100 new members a day, and we just couldn't keep up. But that's a good thing. ;-)
Invite your friends too. We’re trying to reach 20,000 members by Wimbledon. :-)
If you need any help, let me know.

If you are looking to meet people for tennis matches, Look through the Groups or create a Group of your own and invite your tennis contacts. It's a good place to keep in touch with everyone in your circle.
Here’s a primer on how to meet other players.
The Forum is really the hub of the online community. Other places to explore: post youtube videos, add your own photos, write your own blog.
…and just hang out and meet great people.
Welcome aboard,
Mark
