I've been living in this area and I only know the courts at Reagan HS, which are not so bad. I go to Riverside to hit every now and then with my HS friend or at the courts at UT but I want to play with some other people around my area.I'm between 3.5 and 4 because my serve is weak but if I keep working on it I can go higher quick.
