Hey all,I just reviewed the rating criteria, and it looks like I'm a 2.5-3, but haven't played in a long time and never regularly. Trying now to integrate tennis into my fitness routine and build up my skills. I live in Lake Merritt so Oakland is easiest but I can travel and am free some weekday evenings/weekends. Looking for folks that enjoy hitting around and then playing some sets. Cheers,JonSee More

Random things about me (hobbies, occupation, tennis history, favorite band, etc.):
I am not that good and not that bad. I don't take it too seriously, but also enjoy playing to win. I adapt to the circumstance, so I'm good with just hititng and getting a workout and also playing a couple of sets.
Favorite pro tennis player(s):
Let me get old school - Yannick Noah, cause he dove all over the place and had good hair. John McEnroe, because he lived in the town next to mine in Queens. Jimmy Connors cause he was getting old and therefore the underdog.

Hi! Welcome to the "community-based" tennis social network which connects tennis players, fans, coaches, and you. We created this place in December and it has been a wild ride ever since - we've gone viral and now we're "almost famous".
To get started, pleaseupload a photo or avatar for yourself (if you haven’t already.) Whether it's of you, your dog, or your racquet it doesn't matter, but it helps people remember you. You can also personalize Your Page with pictures, links, RSS feeds, colors and more here.
Thanks to everyone inviting their friends, we now have over 15,000 members and we're growing by 90 new members a day. Invite yours too!
