Basically, our profile pics are square and so if someone uploads a horizontal pic, it gets cropped on the sides, and if a vertical pic gets used, then it is cropped top and bottom. Anyway, your pic looks fine, but if you want to move it up a bit, you'll need to crop it with a photo editing software to a square shape. If you need help, I can crop it for you. you can upload the new pic by clicking the link under the picture.
