"Thank you for the invitation to play but I'm more of a doubles man now. Sorry if my last message was confusing as to where the senior group plays. They are currently at Bend High School which is near Juniper Park. Bend High is at the corner of…"
"Hi Greg ... I went to Summit on Friday, but it didn't look like there was anyone there looking for a game. I'd be interested in setting something up if you want to hit and see if we're compatable ..
"Dear Rick: I'm glad you wrote. There is a group of seniors that meet at Bend High School at 9:00 each morning. You're quite welcome to join in. We love newcomers of any skill level. Hope to see you there! I…"
"Not sure if "the wall" is the place for this, but I don't see another option. I really want to get back into tennis this summer. I'm retired so I can be flexible. I'm happy to just hit, return serves if you…"
"I'm also open to playing, now that the weather is good. I play about a 3.0 level, I think. It's been a few years.

"Just saw this group and decided to join. I'm a senior (62) and thinking of getting back into some exercise. Have not played since I was 20. Still have to find a racket! When Spring comes, want to hit a few?"
"Looks like a fun group. I joined because I saw a member in my age group. I have not picked up a racket in 40 years but willing to give the ball a wack this spring. I'm turning 63 in May, let's play sometime, ok?"

Random things about me (hobbies, occupation, tennis history, favorite band, etc.):
I would say I'm only a 2.5 on the court. I'm going by the NTRP statement of: Can sustain a short rally of slow pace; modest consistency. My serve sucks and my backhand is horrible. If you want to win some games, I'm your guy.
Favorite pro tennis player(s):
Roger Federer, Raphael Nadal
My tennis skill (please check your NTRP if you know it):
Not sure if "the wall" is the place for this, but I don't see another option. I really want to get back into tennis this summer. I'm retired so I can be flexible. I'm happy to just hit, return serves if you want to practice, play a set ... whatever. Let me know if you want to try it out to see if we're at a compatible level. Rick ... 503.507.1339
