Random things about me (hobbies, occupation, tennis history, favorite band, etc.):
I've been learning to play tennis for a few years off and on. 2010/2011 I played on a women's doubles league and a USTA Flex League in town for the 2.5 level and had a good time, but I wasn't able to attend practice because of my rehearsal schedule, so I decided to bow out at the end of the season. I'm a cellist/private instructor and soprano with the Schola of St. Francis of Assisi. I just love getting some time on the court with another motivated player/learner.
Favorite pro tennis player(s):
Roger Federer is just so classy, folks. Gotta love a gentleman.
My tennis skill (please check your NTRP if you know it):
Getting there, NTRP 2.5
On the court, I am a:
rightie, beginner
My favorite local courts:
Seneca Park and the courts in Crescent Hill by the Water Reservoir.
