Hello - I live in Bethesda and I am also a 3.5 level player. I am looking for people to hit and play sets on the weekday evenings (after 6:30pm) or some weekends. I typically like to play at the Norwood courts in downtown Bethesda (these tend to be free most evenings), or, if lit courts are needed, can also play at Cabin John.
