Hi! It's great to have you here! This is our *new* generic welcome message that, fortunately, is required due to the enormous growth. We're growing by 50 new members a day, and we just couldn't keep up. But that's a good thing. ;-)
You just joined a super fun and infectious "community-based" tennis social network which connects tennis players, fans, coaches, and you.
To get started, pleaseupload a photo or avatar for yourself (if you haven’t already.) Whether it's of you, your dog, or your racquet it doesn't matter, but it helps people remember you. You can also personalize Your Page with pictures, links, RSS feeds, colors and more here.
We're running a fun Aussie 09 Bracket Challenge for tennis fans. Make your predictions and follow along. This is the link. Please share this link with any of your friends on Tennisopolis and beyond.
if you're ever in dallas we could hit around here. I tend not to stray far from this area, and I don't think there's much in between dallas and duncanville. if you know of any courts in between let me know
My apologies for sounding mean, rude o negative; I did not mean to offend.
You sound like a good person and a good tennis player. If you are willing to come to Richardson you will be welcomed with some very solid tennis with a good group of people. You can come as often or as little as you like, we simply ask to give us some notice when you are coming, and also give us notice if something comes up and you have to cancel.
If you wish to participate you can e-mail at js48098a@yahoo.com and in my responses I will include telephone numbers for me.
Ddean, thanks for contacting me. Duncanville is a very long drive and I already play 4 days a week in Richarson/N. Dallas. Do you work near Richardson? Also, myself and the group I play in are 4.0 players. It is important that you know your rating; I have included a link for you to use.

If you are looking to meet people for tennis matches, Look through the Groups or create a Group of your own and invite your tennis contacts. It's a good place to keep in touch with everyone in your circle.
Here’s a primer on how to meet other players.
The Forum is really the hub of the online community. Other places to explore: post youtube videos, add your own photos, write your own blog.
…and just hang out and meet great people.
Welcome aboard,
Mark
da Mayor of Tennisopolis
Thanks,
M
