Random things about me (hobbies, occupation, tennis history, favorite band, etc.):
I've lived in Vancouver now for 4 years and the public tennis court system here is just great. I grew up in Switzerland and there is nothing comparable there. You are either in a club or pay by the hour.

I played a lot of tennis when I was young but then stopped for nearly a decade. Since living in Vancouver I started to play again off and on but I'd like to play on a more consistent basis also to improve my level of play. Right now I have the feeling I'm remaining at the status quo and unfortunately far away of how I used to play as a kid.

So drop me a line. I'm always open for new partners at all levels!

Hallo David,

ja, wir können gerne auf Deutsch weitermachen... Bei euch Schweizern weiss man ja nie (Französisch, Deutsch, Italienisch???);-))))

Also, erst mal, super, dass du geantwortet hast!

Hi David!

I moved here from Germany 3 years ago and also played a lot when I was a kid and teenager. I'm really looking to get into it again, as you say, it's too much fun to miss out!

Drop me a line if you're interested. I just checked out the NTRP website and would rate myself as a 3.5 (no guarantees ;-))

I look forward to hearing from you!

We are all very excited to have created this "community-based" tennis social network which puts the focus on the members.

To get started, please upload a photo or avatar for yourself (if you haven’t already.) Whether it's of you, your dog, or your racquet it doesn't matter, but it helps people remember you. You can also personalize Your Page with pictures, links, RSS feeds, colors and more here.

If you are looking to meet people for tennis matches, Look through the Groups or create a Group of your own and invite your tennis contacts. It's a good place to keep in touch with everyone in your circle.

The Forum is really the hub of the online community. It’s is a fantastic place to get tips for your game, chat about the latest gear, and especially, talk about the pros.

Other places to explore: post youtube videos, add your own photos, write your own blog.

…and just hang out and meet great people.

Welcome aboard,
Mark
