Random things about me (hobbies, occupation, tennis history, favorite band, etc.):

-30 years old, but open to any age/gender
-New to the Michigan/Detroit metro area
-Can play weekdays- either very early AM, or 7 PM or later (work CST hours)
-Can play weekends anytime- early mornings are fine also
-Would love to practice/drill more than I do now, but am also happy to play matches also
-Not very interested in playing doubles
-Would love to find a regular group of 3.5-4.0 people to mix and match for play and practice
-I like to run/exercise and have somewhat of a defensive style
-Possibly interested in league/tournament play, but not currently a USTA member
-I am flexible on location, and am able to make tennis a priority

Nadal, Fish (when he serves and volleys and stays in matches mentally)

Not bad., NTRP 3.5, NTRP 4.0

slicer, singles player, one-hander, top-spinner, lobber, baseliner, drop-shotter, gracious winner, gracious loser

My favorite local courts:

Anywhere within 15-20 minutes of Birmingham, MI 48009. For weeknights, anywhere with lights. On weekends, anywhere else is fine.
