Bharathi,
I wish you were here. We aways enjoy each other's company. We could have had fun practicing tennis. I was able to play the last couple of days.
What I have discovered at this stage is as beginners, we should not focus in winning. It should be in improving basic techniques. I have seen that by merely focussing in winning points, we learn rather slowly. Yesterday, for example I let myself swing freely and observed numerous areas to work on. I want my first serve to find angles for example, which I may not experiment when I am at a break-point if my focus is only winning. That is the key to take our game to next level. Enjoy!
Bharathi,
Thanks for inviting me over to join this network. It is a delight to see you have picked up so much interest in following the sport and practicing to play as well.
