Random things about me (hobbies, occupation, tennis history, favorite band, etc.):

Grew up in Hawaii and began playing tennis at the age of five. At the age of eight, began playing in sanctioned, USTA tournaments. Played for Kalani High School, state champions for seven years in a row. Played both singles and doubles and ended up in the finals for the state championships two years in a row, playing against own team mates. In 1980, selected as a member of the US Soft Tennis Team that traveled to Japan for the world, soft tennis championships. Played for West Valley College from 1982 thru 1984, runner up for state championships in 1984. Continued to play USTA tournaments, open division, in northern California in mixed doubles, women's singles, and women's doubles events.
