Random things about me (hobbies, occupation, tennis history, favorite band, etc.):
I love tennis - grew up playing and played in college until I got too busy. I'm competitive and would love to find a group to hit with regularly. I'm a rusty 4.0 (maybe 3.5), but shouldn't take too long to get back in the groove. I recently moved to Minneapolis for grad school and don't know where to get back into tennis here!
Favorite pro tennis player(s):
Agassi! Federer (I like Nadal too), Connors, McEnroe, Graf.
My tennis skill (please check your NTRP if you know it):
I played a lot when I was younger and even was a scrub on the high school team. I am looing to get out again but am rusty. I'm sure I can still hit the ball back and forth. Will see if my wicked (ha!) serve comes back.
You up for some tennis this Sunday (May 4, 2008) afternoon/evening? Drop me a line L a g b e r t (-a-t-) g m a i l . c o m and we can work out the details.
Hi Anna! It's great to have you here!

We are all very excited to have created this "community-based" tennis social network which puts the focus on the members.
To get started, pleaseupload a photo or avatar for yourself (if you haven’t already.) Whether it's of you, your dog, your racquet it doesn't matter, but it helps people remember you. You can also personalize Your Page with pictures, links, RSS feeds, colors and more here.

If you are looking to meet people for tennis matches, Look through the Groups or create a Group of your own and invite your tennis contacts. It's a good place to keep in touch with everyone in your circle.
The Forum is really the hub of the online community. It’s is a fantastic place to get tips for your game, chat about the latest gear, and especially, talk about the pros.
Other places to explore: post youtube videos, add your own photos, write your own blog.
…and just hang out and meet great people.
Welcome aboard,
Mark
