i'm a beginner (literally just started). . . you could be at whatever skill level. it's definitely a good way to add some extra exercise to your usual workout routine without thinking about the exercise too much! I was thinking maybe just once a week. . . a few games maybe. . . if you're interested let me know and we'll figure out what would work best for both of us.
