I have a True Tension stringer. When I was interested in stringing, I met the inventor John Balaban at his machine shop in Hayward. He convinced me and bought one of his machines in 1986. It's been a solid performer for many years. I will take some pictures to post soon.

I am a member of the stringers group although I have commented but not got any responses. My guess is the facilitator possibly left Tennisopolis.

that looks nice! I'm looking to buy a stringing machine pretty soon. Budget is 500-2K. Any recommendations?
