I was hoping that he would play San Jose too. But he played South Africa Open the week before. By the way, he lost to Milos Raonic 3-6, 3-6 there.

Probably too hard for travel arrangements across the globe for the journeyman. I'm sure he will play San Jose more in the future since there's a huge Chinese community in the Bay Area.

He will be at Indian Wells for sure.
