Hmmm, I just downloaded it and cropped it and sent it back to you in a message.  Try that one, if it fails, let me know.  I have another idea.

Great pic. Set this as your profile picture by clicking on the generic gray head on your profile page and uploading it there.  For some magical reason, this will make it easier to meet folks on here.  Have fun!  Let me know if you need any help. Mark
