CoachV Tennis elbow x-ray 3
here are the x-rays to help diagnose the Pain and problems i have been having since 2003....
in image 3 this image you can clearly see the problem area on the right of the photo.. there is a white dot and white-ish circle around the white dot

Good luck CoachV... I had some bad overuse tendon pains myself from years of golf, tennis and weight lifting and not stretching and cooling down correctly and found a great theraphy protocol from www.tendonitisexpert.com for tennis elbow prevention and recovery. WOW. Felling great and hitting full power again. It may help you too after your surgery. I wonder if that is a bone chip in the X-Ray?

Thanks Craig...i do something similar using a Base Ball Bat. but my elbow is past the recovery part its in need of medical attention... Tues MRI Stay tuned!

I found this to be the best exercise such that i leave a broomstick on my back porch; every time i go to backyard, i do 3 sets of at least 25. Presto...it's helped; good luck.
