Random things about me (hobbies, occupation, tennis history, favorite band, etc.):
I teach philosophy and tend bar; two professions more similar than they may initially appear. I was a serious junior player, and played in college. But that was awhile ago, and I'm looking to get back up to speed. I'd love to hit around the University District, Wallingford, Greenlake or Fremont. I have a light summer schedule, and am available afternoons on the weekdays and anytime on the weekends.
My tennis skill (please check your NTRP if you know it):
NTRP 5.0
My favorite local courts:
University of Washington North Campus, Nordstrom Tennis Center, Greenlake.

I'm probably around a 4.0 and am looking to play some practice sets anytime this week or evening and weekends after that. Let me know if you're interested.
I am closer to 3.5, but if you like to hit, I am available for the next few afternoons next week, Tuesday-Thursday. I can play at any of your favorite local courts.
Thanks for coming out and playing with us. You've got some serious skills on the court. I can learn a lot from your play. I would also like to learn how to make drinks if you care to share. I don't go to bars and prefer using liquor to create mixed drinks. I hope to play with you again sometime soon. I don't believe I have you're phone number. Just send it to me when you can. Thanks
Are you open to playing doubles or a variation of it? I may have other people showing up to hit so I hope it is okay with you. Let me know if it doesn't and I'll schedule playing with the other people at another time. Enjoy the rest of your day.
To get started, pleaseupload a photo or avatar for yourself (if you haven’t already.) Whether it's of you, your dog, or your racquet it doesn't matter, but it helps people remember you. You can also personalize Your Page with pictures, links, RSS feeds, colors and more here.
Thanks to everyone inviting their friends, we now have over 9700 members and we're growing by 100 new members a day. Invite yours too!
