If you've never tried Cardio Tennis, you're missing out on a GREAT workout!  Our wildly popular program is an hour of fitness set to music and hitting a ton of tennis balls.  Great opportunity to drill, play some games and make friends and tennis connections.

QuickStart is a new kids program aimed at introducing the game to young players.  Smaller racquets, bigger tennis balls, and a shorter net and court are used.
