Tennis lessons in beacons field area
Help? Where do you recommend for tennis lessons in the area?
We come up to beaconsfield every summer and are looking to answer this question for my cousins: where would you suggest that a beginner would start lessons in the area? I am not familiar with the clubs there. My cousin is in her 30's and lives near the library on beacons field blvd. she can play at night or Friday during the day or weekends.

Hi Lila,There are two tennis clubs close to your area. One is in the Baie d'Urfe tennis club:

and the other one is the Clearpoint tennis club:
http://www.tennisclearpoint.com/index_en.htmlBoth are nice outdoor clubs offering har-tru courts. I haven't taken lessons in either one but I know that they offer such for their members. The closest court to your place would be the one in Christmas Park https://www.google.ca/maps/@45.419215,-73.877739,17z. It is asphalt but is not bad. Also, there is a hitting wall you can practise on it.
For indoor tennis clubs the closest one is the CDL tennis club I think

I personally am a member of the Baie d'Urfe tennis club and play in Christmas Park as well as it is close to my place.Best,
