Looking for 3.0/3.5 partner to play in DC

I'm just getting back on the bandwagon. Played in high school and casually in college but haven't played seriously in a year or so. Consistent 3.5 at my prime, now a 3.0 or inconsistent 3.5 player, just need to get back into the swing of things. Looking for a 3.0/3.5 player to hit with and play matches relatively regularly. I usually go to Rose park courts or 23rd and O but am up for other places as well.
