Kingstowne, VA Tennis Match play or just practice killing 1-3 hours after work

I'm a 25 Male and been playing for a couple years and getting back to it lately. I'm trying to also lose baby fat literally, wife just had baby 15MAY10 and I ate as much as she did. Anyway

I was a H.S player and recreational and played for Military Teams. I'm 3.5-4.5 range depends on day, but 4.0 at least.

I have a pretty dependable 1st serve and usually complete a well struck 2nd. I'm a righty with a clean back slice and great  drop. My forehand isn't quite where I wanted it to be, but I'm pretty competitive. I have great footwork, so whoever plays me will have a good game.

I work at the Pentagon so thart area is good too
