Cold Tennis

Moving to DC from Ohio in the next few weeks. Haven't even found an apartment yet but would like to find someone to hit with before I get there since tennis is about the only exercise I get. Don't mind driving a little and don't mind playing in the cold. Maybe over 45 degrees is all. I'm about a 4.0 or 4.5 on a good day. Thanks, Mike
