~3.5 in Downtown DC

Guessing I'm around a 3.5.  Slowly getting back into tennis after a few years off.  Rusty but able to hit with pace.  Serve isn't quite there yet so interested in just going out and hitting around with anyone who is interested.  I live in the Logan Circle area but willing to meet up in other parts of DC and nearby in the Arlington area.
