Looking to hit with someone in Plymouth after work.

I work at Plymouth and looking for someone to hit with (3.5-4.25) after work, which is around 4:30 or 5:00pm. I am about 3.5-4.0 level and looking to hit with someone the same level or higher.

I work at Plymouth but I can hit somewhere south of Plymouth as well, and also a bit towards eastward too.
