Looking for individuals or leagues

I have been out of competative tennis for a few years now and am really looking forward to getting back into it. I am free to play most evenings Sun-Thurs. If anyone knows of any good leagues around here to join as well that would be great. Skill level wise I am probably around a 3.5 player but don't hold me to that its been a while...haha.
