2011 TVTA BBQ and Tennis Social

Ok, it's about time our group get's together for some real fun, including food. I hope everyone and their families and friends can attend. A few questions, Sept or Oct, Sat or Sun, Potluck or catered, play format, prizes?

I had considered having the event at Pleasanton Tennis Center, however there are court fees we would have to pay. How would you feel having the event here in San Ramon at Central Park or Danville Osage Park?
