8/18 - Information on court availability at DVHS

As you know, our home courts at DVHS are very busy year-round. Tryouts for the high school girl's tennis team started this week, as their 2011 season will begin Mon 8/22. They will use all 8 courts M-F for practice then progressing to matches into early Nov. Courts will not be open for public use until 530p, or later on Tues/Thurs when they have matches. Over the last few years, some of you have met earlier where courts are available at the city parks like Athan Downs, Central Park or at private courts. This is an option for those who can and want to play early. For others, and myself, the group will meet Thursdays around 515p. Hope to see you there.
