I'm looking for partners to practice with in the Carrboro and Chapel Hill area.
I'm a beginner 2.0-2.5 who can hit the ball over the net but without much precision or speed. Would like to improve to be able to play recreationally and really enjoy the sport.
I'm a student so I have a flexible schedule but would be interested. I'd like to go regularly, a few times a week to any courts in the local area. Ideally T/W/H mornings would be best but I want to get out as much as possible. I enjoy a challenge and welcome anyone interested, of any level, who just wants to get out and hit the court!

Joe.... I play and teach tennis in the CH-Carrboro area. I sometimes have students at the beginning level who are looking for a practice partner. I can keep you in mind and give your email or phone number when appropriate. If you send me your private email address it would help. Not everyone is going to join tennisopolis. My email: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are looking for resources to help you with you game, ask, and I can send you some links.
Hi Joe and Ron. I would like to add to this thread by tossing my name into the ring. I'm a healthy fit guy in his 50s who would like to start playing a couple times a week. As my profile states, I don't play enough to be consistent, but like to get on the courts and run, sweat - and would like to get better and be competitive. I work out of my home in the West Rosemary Street area and have tennis courts next door. So anyone who would like to play for an hour in the middle of the day, mornings, etc, I may can possibly make arrangements on short notice.
