Hello, we are looking for some 40 year old and over 3.5 players, especially men, for a new USTA mixed team for league play September through November. Please let me know if you are interested.
A man with a pic would inspire more trust.
Hi,
I am available in south marin to play....
Hey, Mark, Is there a way to delete our post? Maybe to re-word it or something? ;-)
Anyone up for bouncing the ball in Mill Valley or at the COM?

Tennis - 40 and Older - Level 3.5
Are you going to be 40 or older in 2013? Do you want to play organized tennis in Marin?
Strangely, I've become the captain of a tennis team.
I am looking for players to join a newly forming Marinwood team for the USTA Men's 40 and older league at the 3.5 level.
Matches will be both singles and doubles, but weighted more toward doubles.
I am hoping to find strong 3.5 level players; but, I'll likely also end up taking a few folks at the strong 3.0 level.
If you are unsure of your playing level, look here: http://www.usta.com/Play-Tennis/USTA-League/Information/About_NTRP/
If you are still unsure and would like to get together with me for some play before you decide, then let me know.
The goals is to find 12 players who are reasonably committed to playing the whole season. If lots of guys are interested, another team can be formed. I'm sure well have guys at various ages.
Registration is November 19 - December 16. The playing season is January 7 - March 31, with playoffs at the end of April (if we should be so lucky). Play will be weekday evenings and weekend days at Marinwood Community Center and at country/tennis clubs around the county.
We may try to get together for some practice before the season begins.
All-in-all, as captain, I hope to make this a social and stress-free season.
If you are able to join the team, you will need to become a member of USTA, which costs about $75 per year.
Please contact me for details. rrpjr1@piercespace.com
Can anyone play this evening? I'd like to get 1 or 2 sets in... I work in Novato and can meet anywhere between McGinnis park > Petaluma. I'm free past 5:30pm
thanks
David
