I love playing tennis but it's been awhile since I've played regularly. My son is a personal trainer (let me know if anyone needs one btw) who has just put me on a training program and so I want to incorporate playing tennis into my workout routine.
My schedule is flexible and most mornings would work for me, although I wouldn't mind late afternoon play on Sat or Sun.
I'm an average player that has played tennis off-and-on for years. I'm looking for men and women who want to play for exercise and recreation, that can keep a decent volley and are able to play games -- although aren't power-hitters. (I'm not at that level.)
So, let's "keep the volley going" and get back into shape together!
