New member looking to rally

I live in Vacaville but will be going to Sac state next semester and I am looking to find people to hit with.  I don't mind driving.  I am not quite sure on my level, I hold rallies quite well at a high pace.  I am up for long hitting sessions if wanted.  If i was to take a guess at my number it would be around the 4.0 area?
