Does anyone know of a publically accessible hitting wall in Sacramento?

There are hitting walls at Sac City College, Carmichael Park, and Miller Park. The two latter are not well lit at night.

Ok, I checked the Carmichael courts, and the hitting wall.. didn't like the area..wouldn't recommend !!

I'll try the one at Sac City College soon..
