Tennis in East Vancouver (3.0 - ish)

Looking for a hitting partner in East Vancouver or NE Portland.  I work evenings and saturdays, but have mornings and afternoons free.  A few of the local courts near me are Evergreen HS, Mt View HS, Camas (next to public swimming pool), and a few apartment courts that are rarely used.  I've never been rated, but if I had to give myself a rating it would be a 3.0, with a weak serve.  I've been out of the game for about a year, but am looking to play a lot more.
