Need a couple of guys for USTA Men's 3.5 League
Hey folks, I need a couple more guys for my Spring (4/13 to 7/1) league team. For those unfamiliar with league play, it's a weekend league, and thus we play either Saturday or Sunday. You have to be a USTA member ($44 annual) and there is a league fee ($21) plus whatever facility fees exist. We play on a team out of the Fullerton Tennis Center, and the format for matches is 2 singles and 3 doubles. Please respond if you're 3.5, and are interested. Thanks!

any other additional costs? like balls, court fees, etc? how many players u have on your team now?

Yes, there are court fees when we play at home. The home team also has to bring the balls. There are court fees as well at some of the places we practice, but it's usually only a few dollars. There are 8 teams in the league right now, and we play each team once. We currently have 8 or 9 registered members, but not all can commit to the schedule, so a couple more dedicated players should be fine. BTW, I am not the captain, but I'm recruiting so we don't have to forfeit our matches due to lack of available players.

Hm.. I'm pretty interested in this. I dont know my rating nor have i ever played USTA.
I've only started playing since last summer (So about 8-9 months) but I'm decent?
I would assume I'm a 3.5 but not entirely sure.
Maybe you can help me out with that
