Early Morning Tennis Anyone? 7am Wed/Thur/Fri?

I've recently been playing at 7am and love it! My level is about 3.5, but I don't want it to drop to 3.0 due to lack of play this winter. On Wednesday, Thursday or Friday I can be just about anywhere on the island at 7am, but the only indoor courts I've used so far are at Uniprix/Jarry. I'm especially interested in playing at McGill, but I don't know how to reserve a court there.
If you want to play earlier than 7am that's fine, too.
Any early birds what to get a few strokes in before class/work?

I saw a few responses. I can play early Friday morning as well (wish I saw this earlier - I know how its difficult to book at Stade Uniprix).
