When I was in high school I took courses at McGill almost every summer and had some great teachers there. The group classes are also pretty cheap but they seem to have only enough students for beginner classes. They also do private and semi-private lessons which are more expensive.

It's been the same couple of teachers for a while now (possibly a decade) over at McGill. George and Taras. George is good for more beginner to intermediate players while Taras is better for advanced players (he actually played professional tennis and beat a young Kavelnikov). They get my recommendation.

McGill also has round robins on I think friday or saturday night. I've been to a few and the skill ranges from intermediate to advanced.

Tennis at Mcgill sounds interesting! Do I have to be a student there? Do they still have round robins? Do they have a tennis ladder?
