Mayfair Clubs is thrilled to announce the launch of our new signature tennis program, Fast Intro to Tennis (FIT)! Learn to play tennis from our seasoned pros!
Tailored for adult beginners, this 3-week 6 session signature program introduces and teaches the game and physical fitness to any newcomer. Each session consists of six 2-hour group lessons including athletic fitness training, introduction to the rules of play, and comprehensive coverage of all the basics of the game. In each lesson, you’ll progress through the different aspects of the game including proper grip and stance, volleying, forehand, backhand, and serving.
As part of the FIT program, each lesson will consist of athletic fitness training sessions geared towards improving your ability to execute the tennis techniques you will learn in our state of the art facilities. During the duration of the 3 week program, participants are also welcome to make use of unlimited practice hours, the fitness facilities and group fitness classes. Necessary equipment will be provided to all participants.
