I injured my shoulder so I am going to take a break from tennis. Anyone want to go bike riding? I want to stay active. Drop me a line if you are interested. I live in Valley Stream.

Hey there Scott,

Sorry to hear about your shoulder. I am physical therapist. Let me know if I ca help. I have a hybrid bike. Have not used it in a while. Let me know when and where you can bike. Thanks.

Carlo
I ride to a few places. Sometimes I ride to Long Beach and can meet you on Long Beach Road, or Bethpage golf course trail (trail is 14 miles round trip). Weekend mornings are usually good for me.
As far as my arm goes, it's an old injury acting up.

Scott, i injured my shoulder as well (old weight lifting injury)...now cycling as well.
i ride almost every saturday morning out of Roslyn middle school (organized bike ride)
usually 45-50 mile ride up to bayville and back.

speed is around 14-17 mph

drop me a note if your interested in joining up (these are more serious riders, training for century rides and triathlons)
i myself am now in training for a triathlon

you can email me at codereddawg@gmail.com for a faster reply than here.

also, if anyone is interested in buying a hybrid bicycle, i am selling my trek 7.2fx (2009 model) 17.5" (fits a male around 5'7" perfectly), has a bike computer and side mirror.
Sounds like fun but the most I can do is 25 miles at about 15 MPH. Thanks for the invite.
